Minimum stay:

• 7 nights in the period 28.12.2019-07.03.2020 (Saturday - Saturday)
• 5 nights in the period 20.12.-27.12.2019
• 4 nights in the period 19.03.-22.03.2020
• 3 nights in the period 29.11.-19.12.2019, 08.03.-18.03.2020 & 23.03.-05.04.2020

If the stay is shorter than above indicated 20% supplement is applied on above prices.

*  By prior agreement we will fill your fridge with:

semi-hard homemade cheese (250g), homemade fresh cheese (80g) 2 homemade regular and 2 homemade fruit yoghurts, homemade butter (60g), homemade jam (106ml), honey (106ml), salami (140g, homemade sausage (200g), eggs (6), milk (1l), orange juice (1l), natural spring water (1,5l), coffee (100g), tea in a bag.

In addition we´ll make you happy in the morning after your arrival, when at the agreed time we´ll bring you 4 freshly baked bread rolls and 2 chocolate croissants.

If you´ll consider buying more of certain goodies, we will make it possible according to the prior agreement. Prices can be viewed in the information folder.

Common reservation and cancellation conditions:

1. Reservations:
Upon reservation´s confirmation it´s needed to insure it with the deposit, which is equal to approx. 30% of apartment´s rental total price (to be paid until 31.05.2019). The second 30% has to be paid by 31.10.2019. The rest together with all other supplement to be paid the departure at our reception. During the period from 28.12.2019 till 04.01.2020 and during FIS World Cup Finals in skiflying in Planica 50% prepayment has to be paid upon confirmation and the second half at least 60 days before arrival.

The amount can be transfered on our foreign bank account of company VITRANC d.o.o., Godič 25, SI-1242 Stahovica, opened at BANKA KOPER, d.d., Koper, iBan: SI56 1010 0005 0281 691, swift: BAKOSI2X or paid by charging a valid credit card. In that case please communicate us the following details: credit card type, holder´s name and surname, card´s number and its validity.

Reservation is confirmed from our side only after the receipt of the deposit or after successfull charging of the credit card in our favor for the deposit value.

2. Arrivals and departures:

On arrival day your apartment can be occupied from at 2 p.m. on and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

In case the guest would like to arrive earlier or leave later, the apartment may also be occupied earlier or vacated later by making prior arrangements with the reception.

3. Reservation cancellation conditions:
If a guest needs the apartment later than agreed, doesn’t need it at all or vacates it earlier, the following cancellation terms and conditions shall be applied:

29 - 07 days or less before arrival   ..............................   80% of apartment´s rental total price

Deposits paid for reservations between 26.12.2018 and 05.01.2019 and during FIS Ski Flying World Cup Finals in Planica will be restituited only in case of cancellation at least 30 days before arrival. In any case we keep the right to charge you for the administrative costs caused by cancellation.

4. Payment means:
Cash, debit cards (Maestro), credit cards (Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa, Dinners, American Express), transfer on our foreign bank account before departure.
